Arrival Location Description:
If for some reason, your actual arrival airport is different than the airport ident placed in the box labeled "Nearest Controlling CBP Airport ID", you should enter your actual arrival airport information in this box. (see note associated with the help link for "Nearest Controlling CBP Airport ID")

It is your responsibility to make make arrangements with the CBP for their services upon your arrival in the U.S.A. The submission of this manifest does not relieve you of your obligation to arrange for CBP services.
At "Press Time", I believe it would be unusual to enter anything in this box as you should always be landing at an airport with customs services.

Traveler Counts
Total Crew:
This is the combined count of PIC and other crewmembers.
The number displayed in the "Total Crew" box is the "Default Number Of Crewmembers" you assigned to the selected aircraft when you entered it into your eAPIS data base. If need be, you can enter a different number of "Total Crew" for this flight at this time.
The name(s) listed in the "PIC" dropdown box are crewmembers you gave a PILOT status to when entering them into your eAPIS data base. All possible crewmember names, both PILOT and CREW, are listed under the "PIC" dropdown box. Select the "PIC" from the dropdown box and then select the crewmembers by placing a checkmark next to the crewmember's name. The total selections need to match the number in the "Total Crew" box.

DO NOT place a checkmark next to the PIC's name. He/She is already selected using the dropdown box.

NOTE: If this manifest is associated with a flight plan, changing the total "Souls On Board" does NOT change the "Souls On Board" for the flight plan related to this manifest.

Example: If you have a Captain, co-pilot and flight attendant, the Total Crew would be 3.
Total Passengers:
Total number of passengers on board.
If there are no passenger name listed in this section, return to the "eAPIS MAIN PAGE;" and used the "Passenger" dropdown box to enter your passenger information. All names entered will be displayed when creating a manifest.
If this manifest is related to a flight plan, the number in the "Total Passenger" box is arrived at by subtracting the the default crew number from the flight plan's total souls on board. You can change the number in the "Total Passenger" box. Place a checkmark next to each passenger's name you want listed on the manifest.
NOTE:If this manifest is associated with a flight plan, changing the total "Souls On Board" does NOT change the "Souls On Board" for the flight plan related to this manifest.

Example: If there are 4 Passengers on board the Total Passengers number is 4.
