    "File Not Found" Error
    If you get a "File Not Found" Error please read the directions below.
    Note: Make sure the Final location of the "Airports.htm" file is on your SD Card immediately under the Folder FPAP. On your BlackBerry the Path should be "/Media Card/FPAP/Airports.htm" and to check that it is correct go to "Media" then hit the Menu Button, select Explore, select Media Card, Select FPAP, and the Files "Airports.htm" should be there. Open the "Airports.htm" File file and hit the Menu Button and Select Properties, it is here the File Path "/Media Card/FPAP/Airports.htm" is shown.

    "IT Policy"/"Test Failed" Error
    If you get an "IT Policy" Error or a "Test Failed" Error, please read the directions below.
    On your BlackBerry's browser go to http://flttrack.FltPlan.com/BBos.htm or
    Click Here. Follow the directions to check which BlackBerry OS Version you are currently running. From there, click the link that contains your BlackBerry OS Version.
    If you do not have an Internet Browser on your BlackBerry please email us at Support@FltPlan.com and include which BlackBerry Model and BlackBerry OS Version you have.

    FPAP Folder Overwhelms Media
     
  • Hook up the SD Card so you can access it through a computer.
  • Right Click the FPAP Folder and select Properties.
  • Under the General Tab in the Attributes section, put a check in the Box for "Hidden".
  • Click Apply and then select "Apply Changes to this folder, subfolders and files".
  • Hit OK and it will make the folder disappear if your computer doesn't veiw hidden files or make it lighter if your computer does view hidden files.

  • Unhook the SD Card and your BlackBerry will no longer recognize the FPAP Folder but the FlightPlan application will.

    How to find BlackBerry OS Version
    Here are the Steps to find which BlackBerry OS Version you have:
    To detect your BlackBerry OS version on your BlackBerry home screen select Options then About. This will list your BlackBerry OS Version. It will look like v4.X.X.XXX or v5.X.X.XXX.
